My family consists of first generation Japanese, living in the U.S. with Jewish, Christian, Shinto, Buddhistic, and atheistic beliefs. As Caucasian, African-American, and Japanese family members all come together, we find laughter in our differences and humble acceptance of each other. We overcame our cultural and religious barriers with mutual respect and LOVE.
My hope is to enlighten the fun in tolerance through my comic strips because, in the end, people should have fun getting along.
